About Me
Hi, I’m Morgan. I’m a Registered Nurse and NASM Certified Personal Trainer, but more than that, I’m someone who knows what it feels like to want structure, support, and a routine that actually works.
I started lifting in college and quickly saw how much better I felt when I had a plan. Over time, I learned how to keep things simple, stay consistent, and build strength in a way that fits into real life.
